Michael E. Day
Michael E. Day heads the personal injury team for the firm. He is experienced in litigation and will take your case to trial if a favorable settlement cannot be reached short of the courthouse steps. Michael has worked on cases involving automobile accidents, traumatic brain injury, products liabilty, medical malpractice and many other types of claims.
Mr. Day received his B.A. in Business Management from the University of Utah in 1994, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah School of Law in 1997. He served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Leonard H. Russon at the Utah Supreme Court before joining the firm in 1999. His current areas of emphasis are civil litigation, personal injury, probate and estate planning. Mr. Day is also fluent in Spanish.

OUR LOCATION
We are easy to find being centrally located in Murray, Utah. Our address is 45 East Vine Street, which is 1/2 block west of State Street - directly west of the Wells Fargo Bank on the corner of State Street and Vine in Murray (at about 4900 South).
The Intermountain Medical Center is our newest neighbor to the south, with the Lost Creek Apartments being directly across the street from us. We have our own parking on the west side of the building. Wheelchair access is available on the east side of our building.
