David H. Day
David H. Day was born and raised in Murray, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1964 with a B.S. in Political Science, and later earned his law degree from the University of Utah in 1967. Mr. Day has had an active and varied practice since then, but he currently concentrates in the areas of real estate, corporations and business services (including securities), probate and estate planning, and contracts.
He has brokered countless real estate transactions, has successfully negotiated numerous contracts and business deals, and has helped set up many estate plans. He has also worked as a personal injury attorney and has helped many clients obtain a fair and appropriate setlement of their personal injury claims.
Mr. Day is a member of the Utah and Wyoming State Bars. He currently divides his time between our Murray office and an office in Star Valley, Wyoming. He has appeared before all state and federal courts in Utah, as well as before various administrative agencies. He has also served on the Draper Town Board and was elected to the first Draper City Council.

OUR LOCATION
We are easy to find being centrally located in Murray, Utah. Our address is 45 East Vine Street, which is 1/2 block west of State Street - directly west of the Wells Fargo Bank on the corner of State Street and Vine in Murray (at about 4900 South).
The Intermountain Medical Center is our newest neighbor to the south, with the Lost Creek Apartments being directly across the street from us. We have our own parking on the west side of the building. Wheelchair access is available on the east side of our building.
