Mr. Day received his B.A. in Business Management from the University of Utah in 1994, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah School of Law in 1997. Mr. Day served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Leonard H. Russon at the Utah Supreme Court before joining the firm in 1999. His current areas of emphasis are civil litigation, personal injury, probate and estate planning. Mr. Day is also fluent in Spanish.
